1️⃣ MOBILE UI OVERHAUL
Through our rigorous game testing phase that took place last week, we discovered that some buttons were slightly too cluttered within the user interface, making select important gameplay maneuvers tricky to pull off. We went back to the drawing board and figured out a way to simplify, streamline and minimalize the UI for a mobile phone, allowing players ease of use when selecting a desired action.
2️⃣ STRATEGIC PLANNING
After getting our hands on the game on mobile, our confidence has grown even more about our game becoming a big hit within the mobile market. This has lead us to begin discussions about a potential shift in our strategy - one focused first and foremost on acquiring users and building community.
